Terms of Service

These terms apply when you create a DSite account or publish a site with DSite (dsites.app). By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use DSite. Questions go to support@dsites.app.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and give your real name and an email address you control.
• Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One person per account. Accounts created automatically or in bulk are removed.

What DSite does

DSite builds and hosts branded trading sites that use Deriv's trading platform. Each published site is given its own Deriv app, through which Deriv lets registered apps charge a markup on the contracts traders buy. Deriv pays that markup to DSite; your share of it is shown in your dashboard.

Earnings and payouts

• Earnings are worked out from the statistics Deriv reports for each of your sites' apps. If Deriv corrects, reverses or withholds markup, your share changes with it.
• Each month's share is settled between the 10th and 20th of the following month to the payout method in your Settings, after Deriv has paid us.
• Keep your payout details correct. Money sent to the details you gave us can't be recalled.
• We may hold back amounts linked to fraud, abuse or trading that breaks Deriv's rules while we look into it.

Domains

Building and hosting a site is free. A domain you buy through DSite costs the registrar price plus a small fee, shown before you pay. We register it with our registrar and point it at your site. If we can't register a domain you paid for, we refund you in full. Once a domain is registered the fee can't be refunded, because the registration can't be undone.

What you publish

• Your branding, text and links stay yours. You let us host and display them so your site works.
• You are responsible for your site and for how you promote it, including following the laws on advertising trading products where your audience lives, and Deriv's terms.
• Don't promise profits or describe trading as risk-free, don't pretend to be Deriv or anyone else, and don't publish anything unlawful, deceptive or that you don't have the right to use.

Trading risk

Trading derivatives is risky, and traders can lose all the money they trade with. DSite is not a broker, never holds traders' money and doesn't give financial advice. The bots, strategies, signals and AI features on DSite-built sites are tools, not recommendations, and come with no promise of profit. Traders trade with Deriv under Deriv's own terms.

The service

We work to keep DSite and your sites online, but we provide them as they are and can't promise they will always be available or free of errors. The sites depend on Deriv's platform, so if Deriv changes or stops a feature, that part of a site may stop working. We may change, add or remove features over time.

Suspension and closing your account

We may suspend or remove a site or an account that breaks these terms or puts traders, Deriv or DSite at risk. You can close your account at any time by emailing us. A share already earned is paid at the next settlement, unless it is being held under the rules above.

Liability

As far as the law allows, DSite is not liable for trading losses, lost earnings, or problems caused by Deriv, your hosting or domain providers, or events outside our control. Our total liability to you is limited to the earnings we owe you and any domain fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Deriv is a trademark of Deriv Group. DSite is an independent third-party app developer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Deriv.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we update the date above and email you about anything important before it takes effect. Using DSite after that means you accept the new terms. See also our Privacy Policy.
